Bento Cake Events

Whether it’s a birthday, a party, team event, or simply a lovely excuse to get creative together, our Bento Cake Events are designed to make your occasion extra sweet. START TIME AND DURATION

​

The event begins promptly at 18:30 and lasts approximately 2,5-3 hours. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can welcome everyone and begin together.

WHAT'S INCLUDED​

​

Your ticket includes your own bento cake, all ingredients, decorating materials and equipment, and step-by-step guidance throughout the event. At the end, you’ll take your beautifully decorated cake home in a box.

You’ll also receive a themed welcome drink—alcoholic or non-alcoholic—and enjoy sparkling and still water, as well as a selection of small finger-food snacks.

Additional drinks and sweet treats can be purchased separately at our regular café prices.

PRICE & SUMMER SPECIAL

The price is €79 per person and includes everything you need to participate. Payment is made at the café on the day of the event, either in cash or by card.

Throughout July and August, we’re offering our Premium Bento Cake Experience—normally priced at €99 per person—for the special price of just €79 per person.

The premium experience includes elevated bento cake fillings and exclusive decorative elements, such as printed fondant, macarons and premium dried flowers. You’ll also receive custom handmade packaging for taking your finished creation home.

Each attendee must register individually by completing this form. If you are attending with friends, family or colleagues, please make sure every person in your group submits their own registration.


Submitting one form does not register the entire group.

IMPORTANT:

  • Your requested date and time are not confirmed until you receive a written booking confirmation from us.

  • Our products are prepared in an environment where allergens including gluten, eggs, milk, nuts and other allergens may be present.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know in writing as soon as possible.

  • Please arrive on time so that everyone can enjoy the full experience. The event will normally finish at the originally agreed time, even if guests arrive late. Guests arriving significantly late may not be able to complete every activity.
